Per-Core Licensing Model
- 16-Core Minimum: All physical cores on the server must be licensed. A minimum of 16 core licenses is required for each physical server.
- Standard vs. Datacenter: Standard edition includes rights to run 2 Operating System Environments (OSEs) or Hyper-V Virtual Machines. Datacenter provides unlimited Hyper-V VMs on licensed hardware.
