1. 100% Activation Guarantee

At ShieldUSA Mart, every digital license key sold is guaranteed to activate with the respective official vendor. If you encounter any error during the activation process, our technical support engineers will provide free 1-on-1 assistance to resolve the issue.

2. Refund Eligibility on Digital Keys

Because digital software keys are unique alphanumeric credentials once revealed, refunds are granted under the following circumstances:

• The license key is verified to be defective by our support technicians and an operational replacement key cannot be provided within 24 hours.
• The order is canceled before digital dispatch to your email or customer dashboard.
• A duplicate order was placed by mistake and reported prior to license activation.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or replacement, please contact our support team at support@shieldusamart.com or submit a support ticket via your Customer Portal referencing your Order ID (e.g. SHIELD-89241).
