Products sold on ShieldUSA Mart consist of digital software licenses, subscription activations, and technical IT services. All licenses must be used in accordance with the respective End User License Agreements (EULA) established by the software manufacturer (e.g. Microsoft, Norton, Bitdefender).
Orders undergo automated anti-fraud screening. Upon successful payment, digital license keys and download credentials are delivered by email within 5 to 15 minutes.
Remote technical assistance is provided by certified technicians for installation and activation purposes. Customers retain the right to terminate remote screen-sharing sessions at any moment.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
